Fees come in two forms:

Monthly fee

A 0.1% fee is charged once per month through rebasing, by decreasing the number of Boring Tokens by 0.1% once per month. Over a full year, this amounts to approximately 1.2% (slightly less due to compounding).

* ​Boring Tokens track the MSCI World Index, not the underlying ETFs. Fees charged by iShares or other intermediaries are therefore borne by us.

KYC fee

A one-time fee of 1,000 USDC or 1,000 Boring Tokens ​ is charged to verify the identity of clients who purchase or redeem Boring Tokens directly from us. 

This fee is charged per client, regardless of:
- the number of addresses whitelisted; or 
- the number of Tokens subsequently purchased or redeemed.
