KYC
For regulatory reasons, we are required to verify the identity and eligibility of any person who wishes to purchase or redeem Boring Tokens directly from us. Once verified, your address(es) will be whitelisted and able to interact with the exchange contract below.

Prospectus
Boring Tokens are securities. As such, their offer has to be accompanied by a prospectus which contains important information to help you decide whether to purchase them or not.

Buy / Redeem
Boring Tokens can be purchased by transferring USDC to the exchange contract below. The contract will transfer the same number of Boring Tokens back to the transferor. Redemptions follow the same process, but in reverse.
The exchange contract only interacts with whitelisted addresses.
It only processes:
- standard Ethereum based USDC; and
- standard rebasing Ethereum based Boring Tokens (BORING).
